Straw-colored with classic greenish reflections, it is crossed by a fine perlage of tiny and persistent bubbles that rise smoothly to the surface of the flute. The nose immediately expresses its bewitching and typical aroma of wisteria, notes of fresh fruit and barley malt with soft mineral brushstrokes. The palate opens in aristocratic foam, in perfect symbiosis with the olfactory framework. Final large, fresh and bubbly.
Pairings
A classic "happy hour" aperitif, it is a sparkling white ideal also for the whole meal. Perfect with crustaceans, it generally loves shellfish and fresh seafood.
Winemaking
Charmat method sparkling wine, it is vinified in white at a controlled temperature with very soft pressing of the grapes. The following refermentation in autoclave with periodic remouage and subsequent refinement on the lees for about 4 months.
