Excellent as a dessert wine, to accompany dry pastries but also desserts with cream and cream.
Charmat method sparkling wine, it is vinified soft pink at controlled temperature with very soft pressing of whole grapes. The following refermentation in autoclave with periodic remouage and subsequent refinement on the lees for about 4 months.
