Charmat Method sparkling wine

Sensory notes

Gently rosy in color, with regular perlage of minute and persistent bubbles. Clear the olfactory notes of small underbrush berries pleasantly harmonized, with hints of yeast that confer finesse and power at the same time. In the mouth an aristocratic foam opens in perfect symbiosis with the olfactory framework and the fresh and inviting ending.

Pairings

Excellent as a dessert wine, to accompany dry pastries but also desserts with cream and cream.

Winemaking

Charmat method sparkling wine, it is vinified soft pink at controlled temperature with very soft pressing of whole grapes. The following refermentation in autoclave with periodic remouage and subsequent refinement on the lees for about 4 months.
