Sensory notes

Deep ruby-red with garnet highlights. Notes of blackberries, black currant, jam, hints of spices like cinnamon, full bodied, round with elegant tannins.

Grilled meat, red meat, aged cheese

Winemaking

The grapes are hand picked, and left to dry for a few weeks. then they are crushed and fermentation takes place for about 15 days. at the end the wine is barrel aged for 1 year.
